While my supervisors have been gone, I've been reading everything about my position I could find. I looked at their proposal to VISTA, the description of the position that was sent to me, the grant for my program, etc. Just so I'd have the most complete view and background history of what I'm doing.
Somewhere along the way I came across this (it was in something they sent me a while ago):
"Must be culturally flexible, like remote and very rural settings, and enjoy life with no night life, no bars, no malls and no highways available."
Viewing this from Milan, Italy...I think this counts as the farthest view you have so far.... U.M.
